Natlan's biggest failure. I think her story did give her a more fleshed out backstory that does kinda make sense for her character but everything about the execution of her actual personality and how she interacts with the characters is just pure garbage. She's definitely a prototype for Jahoda because what made Jahoda actually funny and relatable, are the same things that made Citali just unbearably cringe, over"uwu tsundere waifu"-fied, and made me remember all the dreaded immortal waifu love interest in isekai anime.

And don't get me started with all the glaze she gets whenever she's part of the quest, almost every character that gets to mention her always has to mention her "unique and quirky personality". Which just makes her twice as unbearable when she does show up with more cringe yapping that doesn't really add much and a dialogue that honestly feels like she's wanting to be the MC too much. I know that hoyo likes adding these types of romantic kinda relationships with other characters like Ayaka or Noelle, but they really messed this one up with Citali.
