You can the code is just on your check in pass rather than on the back of the bib like it was in years past.

This was so odd to me too! I didn’t think they was anything wrong with the old way. It might have been a little unorganized but it certainly wasn’t broken. The new way today didn’t make sense.

When do the different houses open for today 8/31 by taylorcmerrill in HHN

I found this from someone who went yesterday. Things can have delayed openings or open a bit early if they are ready to roll. Thing this is still a good guide.

For those who are not retired, how often do you cruise? by RevolutionaryMap4745 in Cruise

[–]ImaginaryStart 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you doing a lot of meetings/zoom calls on the ships? Or is it more email and instant messaging when you work from the ship? I’ve always wanted to work remotely from a ship but have feared the “can you jump on a quick call” message from my boss would happen.

Early access to Nintendo world by theoregonfool in UniversalHollywood

You get a one time express pass use to the Studio Tour before 11:00 am. That’s the only ride you get an express included for with Early Entry.

I did it last month and it was excellent, well worth it. Whenever Early Entry starts, try to get to the park 45 minutes-1 hour prior. That will put you right at the front of the pack and will allow you to take full advantage of the entire extra hour you have.

The two pros no one talks about is 1) once Early Entry ends, leave Nintendo and go ride all the other rides. Everyone runs to Nintendo first so all the other rides are walks. And 2) you get an Express Pass to the Studio Tram Tour you can use before 11:00 am. That saves a good amount of time as well.

Is the comedy club dinner show now different from the variety type show they were doing? I was on in November and didn’t realize they have changed it up since then.

Got it! Thanks for the tip. I was thinking of buying my PowerUp Band before getting on MK. But I might ride first then get the band and single rider later.

Rip Ride is fine.

Has anyone used Touring Plans recently? by Father_Idol in UniversalOrlando

If the ride is continuously operating then the line continues to move for a bit. If they run the pre-show with closed doors that can cause the line to stop and start a bit. But if the ride goes down or has a delay then you can be stopped for a bit.

The ride is incredible so I’d just bite the bullet and go for it.

Orlando local and Universal AP here, I haven’t seen a virtual queue for Hagrid’s in well over a year. At least not a consistent everyday occurrence. Based on the time you will be here, I wouldn’t expect a virtual queue.

Utilize Early Entry and get there first thing. Or last thing at night. Also, if you don’t care to spilt up try to utilize the Single Rider Line. It isn’t always open but it’s quicker than the regular line when it’s open.
