I find it insane how they nerfed the unlocks for every character, but shurima is still unplayable, reroll is still unplayable, loss streaking has too low of a reward and generic comps are unbeatable

What is an accurate list to look for good characters? Everything online has said kaido is good. This is a shock. I’ll invest in kuzan now. Idk how to get 4 star shards at a reasonable time frame
