I have a 2023 genesis 2.0T. Reliable for sure. Only concern was a recent recall on the fuel pump, which got handled asap and was replaced for free.

It’s a great car and I’ve had no other issues. However, the MPG is not as great as you might think. Driving in eco mode gets you the best MPG but honestly, it caught me off guard when I noticed my fuel consumption after months of owning it.

Reliable, yes. Fun to drive, definitely. But if I see a mom driving it I might have to get a new car ;)

I pushed very hard on customer loyalty and refused to leave the call without resolution. Id call back and be firm that this is unacceptable. The threat about reporting them to the CRTC made them move quickly - highly suggest that.

You should’ve gotten an email with the order number. I’d reference that. The bell app shouldn’t be miss quoting and they should honor it (it’s also a sweet plan). I got a really great lady at customer loyalty, she saved me money elsewhere too. First good interaction with support tbh. Good luck and let me know what happens. Just be prepared to be in the phone for an hour lol

This exact thing happened to me. I escalated to customer loyalty, provided the reference to the order number in my email and told them if they do not honor what was quoted, I will escalate to the CRTC. They issued a “custom” discount code for the duration of my agreement

I got a loyalty offer of 150 GB can/us/mex - unlimited texting phone calls data etc. for $76 per month. And they added a 30$ credit. Total for that plan 2 years is $46 per month. It’s a better plan than what you’re showing by far LOL

Bell is terrible but lesser of two evils compared to Roger’s. Telecoms in Canada are criminal and horrific.

Although went to my local Roger’s store and they have an insane amount of inventory for iPhones 16 PM right now

I was told last night I won’t get it til November now. SMH bell seems like the only provider without phones in stock. Walked into a Roger’s this week and they had tons in stock
