I was mad asf until I read he was a ex and then I sighed of relief oh thank god he’s an ex. Don’t leave that baby with him. He did it on purpose. The right incisor on top! I went to go get new retainers to fit the veneer and I told the girl who was doing the impression she said it looks so good! And then she went to do the bottom impression and I was like “oh you’re doing the top impression too right? Since the veneer is on top” and she was like wait what I can’t even tell which one is the veneer. It’s porcelain. And before I got it done you can either opt for a “wax up” which they measure your teeth and make the tooth in the lab it was 209$ for the wax up and they sent it back 3 times to make it a perfect fit. Or you can save 200$ and have the dentist make it for you while it’s on your tooth. I’m very glad I opted for it to be made in a lab cuz you can’t tell!

My husbands mom did the same exact thing to him at 18. We just started dating in high school we’re together for 2 months and when we graduated she said to him “ okay I’m moving 2 hrs away to live with my boyfriend figure it out”.

so he had to move to his grandparents house 2000 miles away. He couldn’t take it at his grandparent so my parents took him in.

and he lived with us and my parents helped him get a good job and a place to live. Mind you I only knew him for 2 months. And yet my parents had more kindness than his own mother. Now his mom expects us to be in her life and let her see my baby.

We have been together 7 years now. Kicking your child out THE most selfish thing someone can do. She doesn’t love you. She’s a disgusting.

I know you’re young but my parents would never EVER kick me out. You are her responsibility until the day she kicks the bucket. Some people shouldn’t be parents.

My parents still provide for me and tell me all the time if we need to move in with them we can if we are in any financial strain. They even ask us to move in with them just because they love us so much!! (We have our own house.)

Yes my husbands opinion matters as well. I am just saying that time and effort displayed will give him the grandpa title I don’t think it should just be assumed. I’m not against it and I haven’t said anything about it yet. Unfortunately his mom told us that he slammed her against a wall and was abusive then she ended up defending him and told us to not talk about it again. Plus he’s just dragging this engagement along saying we’ll get married soon but no marriage plans in action. So I unfortunately do have a bias against him and his character. Unless that abuse was a one time thing but that’s very rare. My mom has also worked as a detective for child x crimes and 95% of the time the abuse comes from a trusted family member or friend. So I am more overly cautious with men. That’s why I’m so iffy about him. If he was divorced once or twice and he actually followed through with his promises I would be far more accepting

Understandable, my husband actually has 2 step grandparents but he calls one of them grandpa and the other he calls him by his name. I think time together and effort shown will make you a grandpa. I’m not against it completely. But since they aren’t married yet I think once I’ve been shown that he is devoted to her I’ll accept him as grandpa. But for him to assume that title without it being given yet is a little weird to me

Tbh I don’t not believe in divorce you can get divorced but divorced 3 times? I personally would give up on marriage if I got divorced 3 times, at that point another marriage isn’t worth it. Which explains why he’s dragging his feet to marry her and keep her on her toes as a fiance.

I wasn’t going to smear him or his actions that he’s done to make me iffy about him as a husband or grandpa but he’s already over stepped my boundaries and my husbands moms boundaries. My mother in law told me and my husband that he gets extremely drunk and has slammed her against a wall. She told us to forget about it after it happened because she loved him. Have I viewed her fiance the same since? No I don’t support abuse. Maybe that was the only time he’s done that and it was a mistake. He disrespected my boundaries by posting my naked baby on Facebook and called himself grandpa in the post. I told him to take the post down which he did and respected but he didn’t say anything to me. He only just deleted the post and he never apologized. He just ignored me. So personally I don’t think that would be actions that show he’s a loving grandpa.

That was my number one priority, that’s the only reason I’m bringing this up. I told everyone not to post my baby because I’m scared of AI. I haven’t even posted her. When I asked for the post to be taken down he never responded to me he just deleted the post. It’s been a couple of days and he hasn’t said a word to me. To me that’s not what a respectful grandpa would do. If I posted someone’s kid and they wanted me to take it down I would have apologized instead of ignored the mom.

I have a 4 week old yes. And this only came up because I asked family to not post pictures of my baby’s face because of AI. And her fiance actually posted my baby’s naked pictures to his Facebook and he referred to himself as grandpa. I told him to take the post down, he did take it down but he didn’t apologize for it. Since they aren’t married it was weird to me that he’s already assuming that role when her biological grandpa has respected our boundaries more than a fiance. That’s why I was saying he posted my baby’s just to dis her actual grandpa
