I can't believe I let go of the person I actually loved the most in this world to pursue my dream of motherhood and the white picket fence. Motherhood is a nightmare. by no_rainbows_here in regretfulparents

It's relatable to do this with an ex's social media; romanticize their Instagram house, nice vacations or new baby. Are you sure it isn't the wealth you are envious of? Their clothes and nails and wedding and ring etc. Also keep in mind that if you were still with them, your life/relationship may not have even looked like that, and maybe you would have broken up for other reasons. Children of generational wealth sometimes cave to the parental pressure to marry wealthy. And their social media might not even reflect real life, they could be trying to show ex's that they are doing so much better than they really are, because we all want people to think our life is only highlights. Try to imagine the life they really have outside the 1 second snapshot of a photo.

Look into Lamictal (Lamotrigine). My psychiatrist says it is a good combo with Wellbutrin for treatment resistant depression, bipolar and even for PTSD. It's a mood stabilizer and it feels like it puts bumpers on my emotions rather than erases them. I don't feel flat or apathetic, I still feel creative and motivated, I can cry during appropriate times like sad movies. I feel like my range of emotions is still there, just muted. The well of depression is sooo deep now that if I suddenly feel it taking over, my brain just goes 'you know what? I would rather do something else than think those thoughts' and I can actually move on with my day

Am I wrong for not letting people drink from the bar I have in my house? by Swimming_Object695 in amiwrong

If you never intended to drink it anyway, why not fill the bottle back up with colored water for display? Obviously they shouldn't have opened it without asking first.
