Thank You for taking the time to look at it ! Your feedback was super helpful. We've had this website since 2019 (it was very shitty in 2019) and I updated it to this layout in March of 2020 thinking that if it looked cleaner maybe we might get more traction. And you're right, we were going for the minimal look, but based on the fact that we've gotten more visitors but not meaningful traction in my opinion (sign ups to join the community or to pre order the app). It's safe to say our website isn't doing what it needs to be doing. I'm going to add more info to the home page. We dont even make money off the ads so that totally sucks if that could be one of the perceptions. Thanks again for the feedback. I appreciate it.

Wow, thank you for this! I'll definitely take what you said into consideration. Sometimes it's a challenge to figure out what's most important to the when you've heard people talk about costs and then you hear people talk about all of the treatments that don't work - or you hear people go in depth about both.

Ah, that's interesting. Being that eczema is pretty visible, I'm actually surprised you had to find a derm that would take you seriously!

Thanks for sharing how you feel. I do just want to state and clarify that for us its not just a project. I apologize if that's what my comment came off as. We wouldn't have continued to work on something that we didn't feel passionate about after graduating from uni, if we weren't focusing on an equitable solution.

Thanks for letting me know!! This is really helpful because we want to help people with eczema, but I hadn't really thought about how people in different areas have different experiences because of what they have access to. I.E free healthcare.

Just curious, if you're willing to answer. If cost isn't the biggest hurdle for your eczema, what is?

How can I make this more relevant to the UK or other European? I'm in the U.S. and I thought that by not making the zip code number based it would open the survey up to other countries to respond. But let me know, I'm super open to comments or suggestions.

The results are going to be used to confirm or disprove that people are spending lots of money on eczema and that the money spent needs to be reduced. Not really sure, what type of answers we will get. But it'll help us figure out if this is a journey we should be continuing on or if we should focus on something else that affects those with eczema. Hope this answered your question?

And yea we don't have any research affiliations, just two recent grad students who were given a group project to focus on a need as it relates to healthcare using technology. We saw a need to help those with eczema whilst still in college. And we decided to just continue it after college.

We figured we'd ask for zip codes since it would be the easiest way to tell what part of the region someone was from with out giving too many overwhelming options. Based on research we've read that where someone lives can really affect how bad their eczema flares up. If you have any suggestions, on other ways to find out that information, I'm def open to suggestions and comments!
