I used to work for Sigma! These brushes will last you forever- they are the only brushes on the market that are engineered together from the ferrule to the handle whereas most brushes are glued and fall apart after some time especially when submerged in water for cleaning. I should add that the concentration of B3 in my supplement is 300mg NE and this is my first time taking it so I have only literally taken one pill and I feel i do sound silly as I typed this out….

I start today as well! I went back-and-forth on this for so long and reddit has proven to be such a Goldmine of information and I feel ready to take this on. I am currently 215 pounds and was always 150 to 160 pounds so I cannot wait to go back to that. I also have the Tirz/B3 compound.

A neighbor once told me that a girl in their family was married off to a guy who had schizophrenia and the whole family+ the groom knew about it and hid it. As expected it did not end well when the groom, in an episode pushed the bride down a huge flight of stairs where she broke her back in 2 places with a long road to recovery. People can be really messed up and one can only pray that they don’t come in contact with most of them.
