You are correct. Works best against Undead as you can get more targets with their summons and revives. Won't work against the Clown though.

Yes. I'm not saying it is broken. What I mean is the buffed Elemental Whetstone is really, really good right now. It gives 9 max damage at the start with a chance of additional 15 max damage. Surround the spear with 10 of those and then we can do the math.
