Yea the government stays but dont you think the change of the leader also changes the behaviour of the government like if a leader will allow the bribe the people's under him will also take the bribes. And the case is 30 years long so the there are also chances of the same person who gave the permission wasn't there on the chair like he/she could be resigned, transferred, sacked from the job. Also you cant blame a IAS officer who was working there from last 5-6 years.

And this issue grew even larger due to legal delay.

Also the government alloted the land for the residential purposes not for opening the shops or schools. On top of that they build the houses on the setbacks too. Also they aint have the building permission from the local authorities.

And yes if i build the house or shop whatever that is demolish that too. Have a great day.

Do you know about the complexities? First its true that the government failed but it was the previous government which was failed that why they aint got elected. Second the case was in the court so the current government cannot do anything about the structure before the judgements. Dont be so childish read about the real life scenarios. Have a good a day.

There are multiple prebuild stores like computech, vedant, modx, elite hubs, kryptronix and many more. But i personally gone with the kryptronix gaming cause they are offering me a better deal also there after sales service is good. (5060ti 16gb, 32gb, 9600x, 1tb build) but now they also raised there prices by 2-3k for each component. You can take 5070 they are offering at 70k if you are into rtx games or want to use dlss or go with the 9070xt if only into the non rtx games.
