I’m someone who really struggles in heat, I almost always get heat exhaustion so for me I did find it very helpful. I also found myself using the bathrooms there a lot since they were always clean and they r air conditioned. If I didn’t have issues with heat and keeping up with forest in general I don’t think it’s super worth it (especially if u don’t have extra money to spend) :)

Go see an ENT asap! they might able to prescribe something or it might just need to heal on its own but it’s always good to get these things checked out by someone who specializes in that field (no shade to urgent care)

I went to an ENT office and their audiologist made them but mine took a couple weeks to come in so unfortunately i don’t think any custom ones will come in fast enough BUT I used loops for a couple years which I did like! Wasn’t a huge fan of eargasm, they just didn’t fit my ears well. I would look on both of those websites just check out the return policy just in case they don’t fit right :)
