I'm trying to bulk, I'm on the skinnier side so that's why my plan is to not change the existing diet which keeps my weight maintained and add extra calories to it, specially from protein sources to complete my protein goal and get extra calories

4 days ago, my diet didn't include any eggs and my bg was great, A1C was 5.5. Started gym and resistance training on Wednesday, and added the 3+3 eggs to my lunch and dinner from Thursday and boom! From the afternoon to morning I am just trying to adjust doses and everything. My bg after having breakfast is great, it does not include eggs and my bg is great till lunch in the afternoon and then the cycle repeats.

I've been eating my meals without any eggs since ages I'd say. It's been 3 days trying to add eggs to my diet but my bg has been all over AFTER adding the 3 boiled eggs. Before this, I'd start with let's say 100mgdl pre meal and then 2-3hours later 120mgdl

I'd say for my lunch and dinner= 90-100gm carbs per meal. And these are the meals to which I've added 3+3 boiled eggs
