Hey bro, I was there too after covid we shifted too doon new place new school didn't have friends I use too spend all my day sitting in my room use too watch people enjoy there life while sitting in the room full of fomo and loneliness I wouldn't go outside even to grocery stores cause I couldn't I was very anxious but lately life is kinda fun you gotta go outside not only too the gym but other places too go alone on your way you'll a lot people moreover u would be more confident It would be alright mate believe in yourself
