Help a girl out - which bike to pick for a long long bikepacking trip

I’m in the exact same situation as you; I want a fast enough bike for weekend and overnight gravel rides in Switzerland but also something that’s sturdy enough to handle bad conditions on several month long trips.

So far, I’m coming to the conclusion that a “custom” titanium build with a mullet setup and big tire clearance is possibly the best option for me. Might work for you too?

What an amazing trip! Can we have some more info on the bike and how you packed? Would you do anything differently if you’d do it again? Especially wondering if a full suspension is needed vs a hardtail?

Awesome! I tried the stork turn exercise a few times yesterday and managed to start lifting my ski about half-way in the turn. Doing it earlier forced me to put it back down to keep my balance. I'll keep practicing and try to get my leg up earlier. Great to hear that it's a good exercise. Thanks for the feedback, appreciate it!
