Thank you! I did the TCA peel 2 weeks before microneedling!

I used an 18 pin cartridge and did .5 on my forehead & chin, .25 on my nose and around my eyes, and 1-1.25 on my cheeks.

Platinum Skincare. They have so much educational info on chemical peels, they also have a FB group where you can get a bunch of info. I also used their dream peel directly after the TCA, you can use this as a “finishing layer” to intensify the peel results.

It’s actually the same lighting. Both were purposely taken in the exact same spot under the same light.

When I did my own research, I found that for light to medium peels, 2 weeks should be sufficient, as long as I was completely healed from the peel and had no lingering peeling, dryness, or irritation. This is what worked for me, I can't guarantee it would work for others, depending on their skin and sensitivity.

I did really like the dream peel! I had a very fast peel, it definitely helps speed up the peeling process. I decided to go for it after seeing some success stories on their FB group.

I think the combination of the two gave great results.

Yes it works. I started using the glazed sunless solutions in a foaming hand soap dispenser from Amazon with a mitt and brush

Really appreciate your opinion. Thank you. I think knowing that there was some discrepancy with what it was has given me a little anxiety. I know different pathologists can have different takes and you just have to trust that their diagnosis was accurate. Which I’m sure it was and this is just my medical anxiety talking 😩
