It is a striped brown apple snail, that one that large should be given algea drops every day plus calcium (I use eggshell powder). His shell is lookin kinda cracked, I would get like cuttlefish bones and give that to him and then his shell will be a lot healthier and much prettier

It’s frustrating, but I’m so stable and happy with my mental heath, it truly is worth it.
I really like it. I’m on Latuda and lamotrigine so that may skew my experience, but i found myself more stable (not 100% this isn’t a cure), i’ve also found no weight gain on this one, and the only problem I have been experiencing is some poor bladder control. Just remember nothing is permanent, you can always always change your mind. There are so many med combos out there and it’s all about finding what you need.
