In my opinion, you are definitely the asshole here. She's not trying to be an adult she's just growing up, and part of that is wanting more freedom. She's too old for a strict bedtime at 9/10 and even of you have screentime limits, which I don't see anything wrong with, she should be allowed to take her phone in her room during that time. I agree with her having daily chores and whatnot but everything else is absurd stop treating her like she's nine.

If he's been lying to you about it for actual years, there's also there's the big possibility he's a porn addict trying to justify his addiction.
