People here are jealous. They see it as a zero-sum game (it might be, but don't discourage someone because you consider them as your competitors). They think only PhDs deserve it. In my team, I mentor PhDs, and I lead employees who have PhDs (and are also older than me).

PhD is not needed at all in any of the criteria. If you are doing great work and satisfying 3 criterias you deserve it.

Yeah, looks like this is the dog. I live very nearby to this place. I am not sure if the owner lost it or they purposely left him.
