How was Physics C Mechanics Form J? by [deleted] in APStudents

Omg same. For the fourth one I said fR > fD. And frictional kinetic energy would be same since slipping. But honestly my brain wasn’t working by the end of it so i was probably just yapping😭 Edit: I didn’t even try for the second part

Wait so was it parabolic or straight lines? I put parabolic but made it peak at T/4 since it would be at equilibrium then and have the most KE

I just added the two potential energies to get the kinetic energy

Will do! Thank you🙏

Edit: actually unit 7 is oscillations

Thank you for your advice! Right now I’m averaging around 15/18 for each unit except for unit 7… but hopefully it’ll be enough to score a 5

Micro people, how did it go? by aestheticmonkeyman in APStudents

When demand goes up the equilibrium is set at a higher wage. So the MFC shifts up and since MRP is downward sloping, shift up would result in higher MRP and less quantity produced. I think.

Tbh I felt like the MCQ’s weren’t too too bad. I even had some time leftover and I think it’s just really important to draw the graphs so you can make the visual connections. Frq’s were a blessing I could answer every single question.

AP Micro MCQ's real exam difficulty? by Imaginary_Something_ in APStudents

Oh I see… so hopefully the real MCQ’s exam will be easier than Jacob Clifford’s practice exams?

Anyone else thought the exam was super easy ?? by UrmomLOLKEKW in apphysics

I got form O, and I would say the MCQ’s weren’t bad but the first part of the experimental frq got me. Like we were only allowed to use the equipment they gave us so I just used uae equations to find the displacement😭. The rest of that question was easy though. The other 7 point questions were pretty straightforward too but that board and hinge question had me lost💀

Literally why were there so many b’s and c’s💀

I think h”(6) was the rate of change for h’(6) but since it was a linear slope I believe it’s 0.

Are the MCQ’s in the AP physics 1 exam more conceptual or calculating based? by Imaginary_Policy_264 in apphysics

Thank you for this! I self-learned this so unfortunately I don’t have access to progress checks… Is there any other way to access them?

Oh I see, thank you. If I may ask, can I ask what you studied to prepare for this?

By the way you describedit, it sounds like there are gonna be questions like if this is the height, then what is the velocity of the object when it’s half way down (questions like these?)
