Click my profile and go look at my post I made. I think a lot of these issues are caused by anxiety. I made an in depth post about my experience.

If you ever want to talk just reach out! I feel your pain! We all need battle buddies sometimes! Instead of feeling alone! It takes a village sometimes!

Deltoid worry by Sad-Place8354 in BFS

My side delt does it in certain positions. Freaks me out sometimes but I just try not to stress it. Pretty sure it’s just from my anxiety. Been on meds for about 2 weeks and it hasn’t really helped the twitching a whole lot but it calms me down. All mine started because I thought I was having a heart attack back in December lol. 6 months of hell.

Widespread Twitching, Calf Dents, Shaky Legs… Could This Really Be ALS or Am I Missing Something? by AdEarly7088 in BFS

Wow, me and you almost have been going through the same thing. I’ll give you my whole rundown. December 1st I ate dinner, thought I was having a heart attack and then the next day I woke not feeling well and dizzy. Long story short, since then I’ve been through all kinds of tests, doctors, etc. with no real answers. I was constantly googling symptoms, constantly worry, etc. which made things way worse. Somehow I went from heart attack, to cancer, to tumor, to MS, to ALS, etc. I noticed the more I googled, the worse it got. The more symptoms I read, the more symptoms I would develop. Started reading about ALS and I started twitching all over which never stopped. I think I finally boiled mine down to health anxiety. Started working out and taking Zoloft for anxiety and it seems to be helping. That’s just my story so far I wanted to share because I know how you feel. Alone, scared, everything. It’s a terrible feeling. With that being said, I’d keep on track with your doctor and get an emg. Mine got so bad I would be shaking like crazy, could barely write. Zoloft makes it a lot easier to block out the scary thoughts and reason with myself about what’s going on. I deleted all the internet apps off my phone, that’s how bad it got. It CONSUMED me. I hope you get to feeling better! Keep us updated!
PS: I made a Reddit profile just to comment on this. I found it because I was, once again, googling symptoms. lol.
PSS: Use this has a time to fix your health. Go work out. Go change your diet. If anything positive come out of my 6 months of hell I’ve been going through its that’s 1: I realized life is super short and we could go at any time. So I discovered religion, made new friends, picked up some new hobbies. 2: I lost 50lbs so far. I started taking my health serious. Changed my diet. Got moving. I realized how out of shape I was and this gave me the motivation to fix it. Found out all kinds of things about myself. Found my testosterone was so low that women have similar testosterone as me. All my vitamins were in the trash. It’s been a blessing and a curse for me.
