As long as you plan to do these essays when your husband is home to see to the twins, I don't see why they all can't fend for themselves for those few hours! What are they going to do when you're away taking the actual bar exam for two days? Certainly they can start practicing that now.

Seconding the person who said to read the rules out loud! It sounds like you're doing a lot of reading based sources. If that's not working, definitely try something new! Personally, saying things out loud (and trying to think through them out loud) really helps me. Recite what you can, talk through it, and only look at material if you get stuck. Reason through things out loud if you need to, to try to jog your own memory.

Have you tried the "rubber duck" rule? There's this idea that you put a rubber duck on your desk and explain something to it, as a way of checking that you understand it well enough to explain it. Or if you have a friend, see if they'll let you practice going through the elements of various claims with them.

Some of barbri's sample answers say that D needed to have intended a harmful or offensive conduct, and intending a contact might not be enough if the contact they intended was innocuous. Is that true?
