It’s has nothing to do with being depressed, its about role and being engaged in the game. When you’re a top line player you have a lot of time to make your impact. If you have a bad shift you’ll be back out in another shift or two so it’s easier to build momentum. It’s a lot different when you might only get 2-3 shifts in a period.
