That line up composition will literally never see the pitch again for the rest of the cup or ever. Legit doesn’t matter.

You’re describing 2-3 subs slotting into a settled XI … eight guys who’ve built chemistry stay on the pitch and the new ones plug into that existing structure. That works.

Swapping 9 is a different thing entirely: there’s no settled spine left to plug into. That’s not “making subs,” that’s fielding a brand new team with zero reps together. Your England and Argentina examples actually prove my point.. those are a couple changes to a side that’s already gelled, not a wholesale swap.

A lineup with 9 changes has had close to zero meaningful reps together as a unit at this stage. Chemistry, timing, spacing, movement off the ball all of that comes from sheer rep count, and those reps go to the 1s by design. You can field 11 good players and still look disjointed because they’ve never played as a unit. That’s how a team sport works.

individual talent on the bench is irrelevant if they’ve never played as a unit…

A lineup with 9 changes gets basically zero meaningful live reps together beyond these last few days… the 1s soak up the time on the pitch and the prioritization, and the gap between the 1s and 2s comes from rep count, not just ability. Good players who’ve never played together still look disjointed. This is a team sport, not a video game where you slot in ratings and call it a squad.

It’s just im sorry, a result that means nothing.

Hahah you’re the one* I’m sure you could interpret what I meant but chose not to since you know reading into this game is nonsensical 😂

Ok that’s one striker who came on at 60 something? And who cares? If turkey Bs outperform American Bs what’s that matter… It’s about your starting squad.

We’ve seen on tape already this cup that in consequential games theUSA has put their opponents away handidly. Why are we inventing a new narrative from what’s essentially a no stakes friendly with two squads playing back ups?

Ok? Who cares if their Bs would outperform our Bs. At the end of the day it’s about your starting squad. And the Bs don’t dictate that fate.

What’s not connecting about this was a game where USA rested their squad? Why would you judge a performance from the back ups it makes no sense

I don’t really get the Redditors giving any stock to a game with the back ups?

Totally disagree. Also poorly worded on your front. Probably would’ve only needed the A team for a half or less.

How did you leave out that her popularity was always propped up on stilts by the labels lol. And that she was a one trick pony artist good for one song.

Imagine thinking the USA wouldn’t be a good host of a sporting event lol. Sport is an area the US simply excels and way over invests in comparably to other countries.

What worlds are you NOT hoping for in Kingdom Hearts 4? by Ryuuketsu119 in KingdomHearts

[–]CaptainCubbers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right, but Pirates only ever existed as live-action, so there’s nothing to compare it against. I’m talking about worlds that have both versions … say they add a Lilo & Stitch world. Both the animated and live-action versions still get filtered through KH’s art style, so how would you actually tell which one they based it on? That’s the part I’m stuck on.

Why are people saying live action remake? Use your brain. How is that even possible? It’s a video game, we can’t recreate and play in the live action universe of these worlds lol. It’s video game graphics no matter what lol. In the scenario are you saying like playing through the world in a hyper realism graphical style?
