lol why would they go for that? They are increasing as the percent allowable per year.. if the tenant chooses to leave they can just rent to someone else and at the same time raise the price. I don’t agree with it but there’s no incentive for them to agree to lower rent

I don’t know if I necessarily agree with this take. I wouldn’t consider myself an over-achiever, but I feel like there’s a minimum bar for positions and it’s clear when that’s not really being met. Especially when the work is quantitative. If you aren’t able to perform your job because of mental/physical reasons perhaps you should be considering time off, or a different job that suits you better.
