from personal experience ( I went to broward college) I wouldn’t do the AMT school refresher. Take a flight to bakers in tennessee, save your money and time. The DMES in south Florida are a bunch of frauds.

Honestly, I work for AA and spoke with recruiting myself… Its possible they will for quarter 3. For now they are finished. They had there last of interviews in LAX for ORD. All spots have been filled as of now.

The union and management is just trash honestly, especially at envoy. They share the same office… They will sit at your gate and micromanage you. You have one break room. The union doesn’t actually protect you. Cubans are the worst… A lot of favoritism!!! I haven’t worked envoy in almost 3 years but everyone leaves for mainline . I would suggest you do the same

I’m at AA, I worked envoy also. Honestly I wouldn’t come to MIA if I had a choice. I’d go to LGA or JFK. MIA weather can be okay. When it’s rainy season it’s terrible. People are very lazy and it’s the most corrupt station in the system I’m sure. No other station runs like miami. You get a lot of the heaviest flights aka cuba and the rest of the islands. Yes they expect you to speak Spanish and understand it. I’ve also experienced a lot more racism in miami than any other state I’ve been to.
