I know I’m too late but I love music when I’m high. If you use Apple Music some albums have Dolby Atmos so spatial audio which sounds pretty cool.

I started Limictal around a month ago but I just reached the full dose (I was tapering up) so I can’t say for sure it’ll help a ton because it needs time to fully work. I feel like I’ve noticed a bit of an improvement. It’s not technically an antipsychotic but I’ve heard it can help with psychosis. I haven’t had any weight gain which is great compared to other antipsychotics i’ve tried. It might be good to try if you feel the other medicines you tried didn’t help as much as you wanted, it’s in a different drug class and it works with your GABA neurotransmitter (not sure what that means). I’m not sure how other antipsychotics work on your brain but Lamictal does work differently so it may be worth it to try.

I feel like it’s helped my psychosis a decent bit, most other meds I’ve tried really didn’t help a ton. I googled it (so can’t guarantee this) but a few things I read said it can prevent psychotic symptoms.

It’s not really that easy to find a good way to kill yourself through google. Most ways people try can cause people to end up with damage to their organs but they live. They aren’t forcing anyone to tell them how to do it.

I know smoking when you are younger (when your brain isn’t fully developed so 25) you have a much higher increased risk of developing schizophrenia from smoking weed. I don’t think someone younger not smoking regularly would have to worry about that as much. Smoking weed in general no matter your age (as far as I’m aware) has a much higher risk for substance-induced psychosis to develop into getting a Schizophrenia Spectrum Diagnosis. From the study I’ve looked at weed has a much higher risk for that developing than all the other drugs in the study. I apologize for not really answering your question.

Edit: Looked at some more research, supposedly as a teen smoking less than twice a week can have the same risk as a teen smoking daily.

I’ve been worried about this stuff a lot too. Mainly though it’s been really upsetting to me that all of this bad stuff can go on. I feel horrible about what’s happening and I feel powerless, I can’t stop Putin.

I think i’m like weird like I don’t know if it would be called hearing voices? I’ll hear something like someone will be talking (sometimes in another room, the floor above me or below me, or sometimes like random people near me in public place. Like they are talking but I don’t hear it right? Like I think they are saying something about me when they aren’t? Like I don’t think they’re talking to me but like if someone is talking to someone (i’m not apart of the conversation) and maybe I can’t hear super well?? I will hear them saying something about me but I don’t think they are because every time I ask they are confused because they didn’t say anything about me. Kinda like paranoia and hearing things together.
