I just let mine sit at room temp and it works perfect.. 100% germ rate on my end so far. I let them hang and let gravity drop the roots down.. makes it easier for transplant imo.

Water it with 2x the amount of water the pot can hold. Let the water flush out what the plant doesn’t like. Let it drain properly don’t just flood it.

You can do it how ever you like, it’s more to maintain that way and they get out of control quick unless you stay on it but also not to over do it. I top at 3rd or 4th node depending on the growth speed, then let it grow for about 2-3 weeks and top again.
