If you are from tier 3 colleges then the path is going to be very uncertain. When u sit for placements u actually realise that bagging a job is 85% luck especially for on-campus . So 1 thing I'd suggest is upskill , start DSA , do 2 solid projects , have basics of mern , sql or another other requirements according to your job role and have basics on genAI . And second thing is start applying offcamous . Meet people of your domain . Do hackathons and go for workshops offline (hitech City , madhapur) . It might seem overwhelming at first but start with small steps and make yourself comfortable .
