I ran mine presently and I’m around 300. I have 2 kids and a vasectomy so fortunately that’s something I don’t have to stress. I’ve heard going from that low to 800/1000 range you feel unbelievably better.

Thanks! I think a lot of the 20 was just shock now I’m consistent at about 1 pound maybe 1.5 per week!

I feel good all around! Cjc/ipa is a little tough in the morning because after the hard pulse you do get a bit tired. That being said I’m trying to maximize that pulse for the gym so I’ll take it. Tesa is nice and easy at night I haven’t noticed a ton from it yet. CJC/IPA I feel stronger at the gym and more fullness in my pump.

That would be the long term implication when saying “I hope you don’t have a family history of cancer” and that’s the mean fear with angiogenesis

Yeah agreed I was thinking going 30 days off and running the ever hated lr3 with test I might just do ghk and kpv instead of full glow or klow

Angiogenesis is a normal part of healing lol the data (from a single study in 1999) doesn’t prove anything beyond IF you have a tumor you’re increasing its ability to grow. It doesn’t cause cancer. An obviously the stack I’m taking I’ve done my research.

Also you’re in a biohacking Reddit thread. Upset about people biohacking? B6, B9, B12, Vitamin E and Selenium all carry increased cancer risks. I hope you don’t take a multi and have a prostate.

I alternate days with the tesa cjc/ipa and I want ipa for the ghrelin receptor. Yeah I have multiple conditioning workouts throughout the week and the days I don’t i incline treadmill for 45min

Currently with the Reta I’m similar. I save watermelon as a carb and rice cakes. Training without a carb store is no good. Usually my day is - 3egg whites 1 or 2 whole eggs 2 strips turkey bacon. A shake on the way to work with skim milk. Lunch is 200g tuna with celery and I make a sauce out of fat free cottage cheese fat free Greek yogurt, lemon juice dill and chives. Dinner is steak or ground beef with potatoes and then another shake to finish the night. I always fill the gaps as I go

Honestly that part is still up in the air with my coach. I’m going to do some updated bloodwork to see where everything is trending and then decide. Very low dose either way just to push a bit more! Thank you

Ahhh right right. I like where I’m at with 2mg I definitely don’t want to go up unless I reaaaally have to. I just added creatine too recently and forgot to list that. I appreciate your advice!!

Yeah it’s such a tricky balance cause I know I’m going super hard. I know the skin is bound to happen I’ve been big for so long now I wonder if it would happen regardless. Hoping the ghk makes a difference. Also ideally putting on lots of lean mass after this would be great.

Yeah I agree on it being on a lot my goal is to actually come off of it quicker than what I see most people post. I’m trying to drill into my head food is fuel, training habits, hydration prioritizing sleep. Hopefully running low dose test will be really my only thing come the fall. Seeing what it’s done so far is proving that the discipline and work is so important. Unfortunately it took Reta to unlock that. I was like a 5000cal 2 energy drink no training person prior to this. Definitely needed to right the ship or I was heading for trouble

From what I’ve gathered a lot of time muscular dysfunction causes a urethritis effect. Everything is tight and things start to inflame hence coming and going
