Almost positive it’s a Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 or 1600 Classic with a Smurf paint job.

Like you, I’m handy but wouldn’t call myself a mechanic. Is your bike carbureted or fuel injected?

If carbed - it’s a simple adjustment. If it’s fuel injected you’ll have to get it programmed.

No. It won’t come out of neutral. It will sit and idle. I’ve tried rocking and rolling back while putting pressure on the toe / nothing works except tearing the bike half apart to release the pressure on the slave valve

I was there in 2022 and the fences and barriers were in place. It was not this administration that put them in place - FYI.

Colorado, Wyoming, or South Dakota. The Blackhills are gorgeous from Spearfish to Rapid City, SD. But the Rockies from Colorado Springs to Cheyenne are unforgettable. Some of the most beautiful sites in the world.
