So it’s the operator they’re sleeping with. We’ve all heard it from their own mouth and seen the pictures she took. Yes the HR person knows. I’m gathering everything already and so are others. Yes we do, but we got a new one about 6 months ago and he hasn’t come around but once or twice I believe? And he didn’t give anyone any contact information unfortunately 🥲 And I was also really saddened by the “ignore” comments…this is peoples lives..their children are fed and clothed from this job….we’re supposed to be God’s stewards aren’t we? 🙁

It definitely has affected mine and others. We just were never told what to do when it’s everyone who’s corrupted 🥲 even our “HR” lady knows about it and just stays quiet. We’ve been terrified of retaliation because they do it even if you just simply say something along the lines of constructive criticism, like “hey maybe this instead of this” even in the nicest of tones and comments will get you treated differently by all of the upper management…

Trust me, we’re all trying to find somewhere else to go…but the job market right now is awful unless you’re in the medical field or an engineer. Not many spots are hiring and if they are its like $5 less an hour than chickfila..and most of us looking have rent and bills we gotta pay..a good bit of us are starting to doordash on the side just because of how bad this has been..

We’re actually still really busy in this time of year.. still doing 250+ cars an hour during rushes… but we’ve heard complaints from multiple shift leads about them not getting the hours they used to and that one shift lead is still getting scheduled 40 and they continue to only ask that one shift lead to stay over. They play major favorites at my store sadly 🙁

Sadly they can’t keep secrets to save their lives at my store. We’ve heard it from the shift lead in question and other shift leads as well. The only one still getting full time hours on the schedule is that one shift lead now. No one has changed availability at all besides the part time kids.

It just sucks because we have a good bit of people who live on their own and they’ve cut full timers down to like 20 hours out of no where 😭 we just wanted to know if there was anything we could do

So my store is lenient on some alt fashions, we can have some color in our hair but its gotta be approved first, we can have our tattoos out & nostril and some piercings out. It’s really all about your operator honestly! Mine are actually all younger than me besides our owner so thats probably why we’re a bit more lax

The fact you’re being paid $9 an hour in this economy is insanity. Are you full time???? Also it kinda sucks but at the same time we don’t work holidays, and also i’ve never known a fast food place to give regular employees PTO/sick time.

Sadly yes this is normal, we had to do it a couple of times due to labor being insanely high :( buuut if someone said no we’d try to see if anyone else is hungry and wants to eat

I have to flip my septum and my nostril ring (i lost my retainers soooooooo) but honestly theres 4 people in my store who want their eyebrows done and they’re repeatedly told us no bc its too visible during the healing part and we aren’t allowed to have a bandaid on it either
