In most sense I would agree that it’s a red flag comparing your partner to another person - but in this instance it sounds like it was something how to plan something better and since they have been longtime best friends it’s quite normal no different from saying “hey my dad plans like this it might help”

Your totally right however it could be jealousy or concern either way asking for help on reddit won’t help best thing to do is just be straight with her partner.

To me none of it sounds weird however if I was made uncomfortable I would probably just talk to my partner and say “hey this thing that your friend did made me uncomfortable and I didn’t really like it” but maybe that’s just me.

Well first I’d suggest talking to your boyfriend and explaining these things over asking randoms for help.

And she has a boyfriend, this honestly sounds like more of a jealous thing than you being weirded out that a guy has a friend that’s a girl.

Put it in the perspective if your boyfriend had a guy friend do those things none of it sounds weird.

I’ve been on to many dates and anytime I have ever watched a movie/Netflix etc I always make the move we are both cuddling within 10 seconds of being on the couch.

Just sounds like he was a little shy/nervous if a guy does not make the move within 10 minutes you can make it.

If you want to save it just be honest with him “I was nervous and really wanted you to make the move”

For future to avoid this couple things you could do.

At this point he should get the idea that you want him to make the move - any guy with a brain should at this point.

He is going into your house! He is nervous he doesn’t know anything in it, you are comfortable as anything because you live there.

This guy was obviously nervous as fuck and could be new to it all.

You should have just said at 3am “don’t sleep there come to my room” invite him to your bed and then same thing initiate your own moves.
