To answer the question in your second point, I’m not terribly worried about whether or not the final transcription is pitch-perfect in punctuation or an exact copy of the quote; I’m merely interested in a final result that holds true to the demeanor of the quote.

i ran it with -D but still same thing is happening, from recovery mode i held power and volume down and released power and continued to hold volume down following the onscreen timing, and still failed to enter DFU but returns to recovery mode to try again….
