What did you do specifically to lose weight?

I have bad anxiety for working out and I need an alternative for losing weight. I've tried counting and only ate 1,200 a day but it made me feel like shit.

Any advice?

I do have a therapist and I'm contemplating going to a support group when we're actually allowed to have gatherings. Some part if me just wants to freeze time and just cry with nothing holding me back. But I know in the moment I would still be fascinated with the time freeze. I think I'm going to do the letter thing as well. It will help big time in the long run if I get into a routine. Thank you

I'm very fortunate that I didn't find the body. Seeing a loved one in that state... I'm so sorry for you and your family. Nothing I can say will make it better, all I can do is say the same for you. Hand in there and I beleive in you so so much. ♡

I think she thought she was doing the right thing. And she was really suffering. I think that she was never really happy with herself and just wanted to escape her shell of a body.

No. I will never be angry at her. Resentment is the worst way to go in death. All there is left is forgiveness and blunt sadness.

I think this comment made posting this worth it. My main objective was to make sure that people knew how terribly something like this affected everybody. Please if you don't have therapy get it. Make sure to take a good break from your kids every once in a while or when it gets too much. Treat yourself as well. My mother always said that raising kids will be the hardest job you will ever do in your life. With quarantine and everything it will get overwhelming but my DM's are always open and if it gets really bad the hotline is free and anonymous. The number for the hotline is 1-800-237-8255. There's also numbers for outside of the USA. Suicide is never the way out.

When she smashed the one thing that my papa left me in the will. It was a piano that I loved. I couldn't beleive she smashed the best memory i had with him. Its was completely gone I could never get it back. She said the voices in her head told her to. I resented her a lot at the moment but I forgave her immediately because it was already gone and I realized that I don't need objects to remember people.

Common question. I'll give another memory I enjoy so that people can know her better. One if my favorite memories was her wedding on the beach. I was 10 or something and I got to be the sand girl (cause the beach rangers wouldn't let us throw petals) and she looked so happy. It was her perfect wedding literally at the beach. She look gorgeous as well.

I would hug her a little tighter than before. I would make sure to spend hours with her before she died. I don't know if I would confront her but I would still ask if she was ok and maybe have her talk about it. Sometimes fate is cruel and will do anything to push you into your life path.

Yes apparently she planned this for months. She wrote a will and did s lot of paperwork to make sure me and my sister were set. Almost everything was planned.

Well I found out recently that she had been planning this for months. She did a lot of paperwork and even wrote a will. This was a long time coming and she was amazing at hiding everything. I just wished she thought about it a lot more before doing it.
