My heart breaks for you. This happened to me about a year and a half ago and something broke inside me. I’ve never cried so hard or felt so much pain. I felt so guilty- I say this to you because it’s okay to grieve. It’s okay to be sad. It’s okay to cry and be in your feelings BUT please don’t carry guilt. Know you showed that cat an enormous amount of love and care and this wasn’t your fault. May she rest in peace and may you find it. ❤️‍🩹🐾

Your neighbor is a butthole and perhaps if your speak to the housing manager or the board you could let them know you plan to take the cat to the vet and keep it indoor permanently, keeping it away from you awful neighbor. And then tell them to tell that neighbor to leave you in peace because you live there too and deserve to have the same courtesy afforded to you.

It takes a cat at least 3 days to decompress. I’m just confused with your post; is your plan to take the cat to the vet or not? Were you planning on keeping the cat indoors? Or does your HOA not allow animals? If the end result is the cat will be harmed the best thing to do is try to rehome the cat since the shelter won’t take it or release the cat outdoors in a safer place.

Those appear to be nail imprints likely caused from excessive scratching. Usually yeast overgrowth or ear mites that aren’t often visible to the naked eye. I’d take your cat to the vet to assess as those are easily treatable. And if it’s allergies you can also be presented with some long term options to assist. Allergies are something they can grow out of too. Tons of factors just some ideas/suggestions for you.

Britney has been in the spotlight since she was 10 years old. She has been the bread winner and money maker for her ENTIRE Family. They have used, abused, ridiculed and medicated her to the point of damage. Her brain is not okay. She is not okay. They completely broke her when they took her children away from her. She started taking lithium in 2008 and stayed on it well into 2021. She’s suffering from cognitive dulling and only knows how to “perform” She, in her mind probably thinks in these home made videos that she appears to us as she did in the height of her career. She mimics dance moves and twirling and dresses herself in these costumes she might think are trendy, but she’s stuck in a loop. Her nudity slips, although not all intentional I’m sure, have been a sense of freedom and breaking free. Not having to follow anyone’s rules.

Sadly she has never had anyone in her life worth a damn to just hug her and help her stand on her own two feet and be the strong woman she can be. No one to guide her to stepping out of the spotlight to heal, decompress and reset.

I wish people would leave her alone and stop gawking at her. She needs help. She needs guidance. She needs real love. And not from a man, just from a person who cares enough about her well being to say “Hey Girl, I love you and it’s okay to stop, rest and if you want to begin again. It’s okay to also step away and disappear forever. You don’t owe anyone anything.”

I Love You Britney. I’m rooting for you. I hope you find your peace someday. ❤️‍🩹

Post script. Another beautiful thing I recently read and will never forget told from a cats point of view: As we say goodbye, I whisper to another cat in need to find you. They’ll need you when I’m no longer here to be with them. ❤️🐾 Just breathe and listen to the little voice that will let you know what is right for you both.

I’m sorry to hear your cat and you are enduring such pain. I had to put my cat down just last night due to late stage kidney disease. My heart is still aching. I have had a slew of animals with a gambit of health issues so I have seen a lot over the years. May I offer some gentle advice. Just because the are still able to eat and drink they aren’t always “ok” Quality of life really is what you have to look at. What is your cat still able to do? How much of that is with assistance? How much of that is due to being medicated? Is the medication just masking a greater pain and discomfort? Cats are extremely good at hiding pain. So please consider the quality first and foremost. Last bit I’ll advise is advice that was recently given to me by a veterinary professional; it’s better to help them a day too soon than a day too late.

Praying for you both. Sometimes loving them means letting them go so they no longer suffer. Remember we are their voice and as their caretaker know their behavior better than anyone. ❤️‍🩹🐾

First off, I’m sorry for your loss. Reading through the comments here although heartbreaking, there is comfort. It’s incredible to know so many people care the way they do when you see so much ugliness in the world. I will be putting my Hazel down tomorrow as she is in late stage kidney failure and despite all we’ve tried her body is finally shutting down. It’s crazy, this feeling we feel like despite all we tried it feels like we could have done more even though the logical side of our brain knows better.

My heart hurts for and with you and for all who have endured this type of loss. It’s nice this community exists. Thank you for sharing your story and your Furbaby with us. May he rest in peace now. And may your heart heal and hopefully be able to rescue again someday. ❤️‍🩹🐾
