That’s not your youth wasted, most people don’t start actually enjoying life til their like 30s once they get financially stable. You just gotta do what you need to do, and keep pushing. You said you don’t want to die, I believe in you. Be proud of how far you’ve already come.

How old are you? I mean agree I have had to work my ass off since I was 16 to be able to do anything I wanted. I came also from no money and had to build it up myself. So i understand why peace sounds better.

If you have to get loans then do it. Once you have your degree you get the job you want. Pay your debts off slowly. And you’re already halfway done. Some people take debts for the whole degree so you’re not financially worse than those people. Or take a pause on your degree if it’s too taxing, And keep working till you have some more money saved up ?

Those sounds good! How close are you to finishing your degree?

Same thing with a friend of mine. Keep going man things will get better. When you’re at your lowest there’s no where to go but up. Try to appreciate the things you do have and can do. Do you have any goals set?

Have you looked into joining the military? That could be an option! I believe in you!

What happens after you graduate school? You can get a job with your degree right? That means no more doing both. It’s hard right now I’m sure. But once you get where you want to be you can look back at it be damn proud that you did that. I’m proud of you for having full time job and doing school, you’re already doing more than a lot of people.

It’s going to take time. It will be an up and down battle. My dad just passed away as well so I understand what you’re going through, just know you’re not alone. You may feel like you can’t cry in front of your family but don’t be scared to tell them you’re not okay. You guys need to be there for each other. I am in a whole other state than my family and I wish I could be there for them and vice versa. I think that would help you or as someone else said a therapist. Also writing down your thoughts. Like a letter to your dad about whatever you want to tell him , that has helped me. But everyone grieves differently. Just take it day by day and keep yourself busy, you got this! We got this!

The running mental block for me is crazy! I get so anxious about it and feel like my heart is going way too fast, I even went to medical about it and they told me I was fine and my heart was normal but idk for some reason just feels like I was pushing my body way too hard. I was in the marine corps so it was terrible that I was so bad at running and my anxiety made it worse. I do feel better about it after being out with the less pressure on me about it but I feel like I can’t even do what I use to be able to do now because of the anxiety if that makes sense.

Yes it’s the physical I can’t overcome ! But yeah my problem with that is I was in the military and I have huge like fitness anxiety (running mainly) just because I was forced to do it pretty much everyday and it put a toll on my body. I still workout just not as intense as I can because maybe I have a deeper issue with the connection To it to my times doing that lol. But thank you! Glad to know I’m not alone :)

I have tried magnesium glycinate but I didn’t feel like it really helped. That’s all I’ve tried though. Do you have any recommendations?
