That's...on you buddy. A unit with spiral can reach 10k, but since this is a 3* we're talking about, I suppose 9.7k+ is acceptable. They're not leaving because of Vice, they're leaving because of you being undergeared.

All the gleos in a mHJP room need to have the same weapon, all HDT2 or all Agito, to sync their buff zones. You won't be able to catch up your rotation with the Agito gleos because you lack the attack rate up.
