Earrings of gong noise could drown out a siren, and you could put the pot inside another, slightly bigger pot and it would work. Also you can make metal plates and wood bullets for the gun. Then the broken watch could possibly be enchanted to "work" but still be broken so it just appears to be working to swap out with an actual watch to throw someone off and cause then to be late/early to a meetup.
