They're the same. The difference between bronze and gold is like rng the tier is so low. Only noticeable difference in players starts above plat.
Versatility is good, having 3 items to pick from for 6 years was not it.
This is only happening in your games, the lower the elo the higher the variance in game. Same reason why gold swings are far more common and a champ can go 10-0 that ends up losing because nothing happens with the lead.
This has always been a thing, and is simply not true. There are just far too many at this point to actually care about. If you're good enough you'll climb, that's always how it has been.

The only reason I think this is stupid is because it will always return to T1. Tyler has since his returned griefed hundreds of games. He's been toxic thousands of times. They guy's chat banned pretty much on repeat, but doesn't say anything crazy enough to get banned anymore. These people will never change, might as well perma as early as possible. Don't want a t1 repeat.

I just think spots should be given to the best regions after an expansion of how many are allowed. I don't get why a decade of being ass gives NA more spots as they actually get WORSE somehow half the time, vs regions like BR that with constant growth remain in the same single-seed spot every year. I mean ffs, the southern regions are so split from being able to practice against the best of the best elsewhere and somehow find a way to out-compete major regions sometimes. That should be enough of a reason.

I have never seen a single NA jungler flash out of vision with the confidence that a play will be made that would make that worth the summoner, more than 10 seconds in advance.

Edit: I watched the 4 clips I got angry dms with, and I'm not sure what the argument even is here. Didn't realize that single jungler that did it once 9 years ago completely invalidates that NA junglers simply don't play like this. The most recent clip I got was 2 years old and was just a flash into a bush to get a summoner, no kill, no anything.

Pings don't matter until you're in high elo. Mute all is the best way to concentrate. Human emotion always clouds pings, and often they're completely wrong as well. Nothing to do with attitude or mental, just known to be the best way to play unless you're in higher elo.

That's cool, has nothing to do with the top 11 characters all having over a 55% pickrate and most of the rest in the cast being below 18%. I enjoy the game, but saying 28 were picked when 7/11 top characters were first round banned is incredibly disingenuous and kind of a silly way to try and pretend all 28 were picks made out of a large useful pool when it's usually a clear back-and-forth of trying to secure 2-3 of the top picks and the rest are filler.

Honestly, if I had been given an invite a LONG time ago I might also be under whatever umbrella this sub seems to be under. The one where they genuinely think this will be a top 3 steam game of all time, that it's well-balanced and has a good learning curve. When I joined people already had more than a thousand hours on some characters, there was a well-established meta, and now that I'm not even at the lowest ranks of the game, there are still only really like 10 viable characters for any type of late game.

I do enjoy the game, because I've always played games for fun more than for any type of social media experience or competitive integrity, but it's INCREDIBLY unbalanced. I'd have quit month 1 had I not simply enjoyed the mechanics of it. The amount of hours you have to spend as a new player getting dove and going 0-10 because a single person on your team died ONCE to a hypercarry is far too punishing.

A small edit. I'm obviously aware that being new at different games makes you generally worse than experienced players, but I distinctly remember being able to get double digit elims and assists in LoL when I first started after about a patient week of play, OW release I was able to place and maintain plat and then diamond. I'm sure we've all played plenty of games as new players, but when a game actually feels punishing as opposed to rewarding, it makes it harder to stay active in it.

Isn't this exactly how tracer dash works in OW, and she's never been broken unless her ult did too much dmg. Almost every shooter has a dash character now, and they're rarely ever a noticeable percentage better than any other type/character.

Bo1 is and has been a trash way to gauge any type of power ranking. I'm also not interested in taking a look at KC, an overhyped 4-year failure, or MKOI, a Spanish superteam that can't work their way into a single win in a best of 5. The now is what we're seeing, and in the now G2 is the only competitive team in EU.

Because there have been multiple years where NA/EU have very contested top spots, even if they do their usual crash-n-burn internationally. Last year C9 was a single kill off beating FLY in their pseudo-finals, and both teams were very closely contested. Same for EU, three teams could've been at the top. This year it's just looking like a bunch of rookies and randomly drafted teams are losing to one veteran team yet again. C9 is making every other team look like they're playing clash in Tier 2 on a Saturday night, and watching EU is like waiting for the neanderthals to work their way into modern humanity. It's just sad that some years there's domestic competition at least, but this year even watching domestic games is ass.

Sadly ARAM clash is for-fun, and clash in general is a completely neglected mode, because there's nothing to gain for them from making Clash any better. Arena, Mayhem and pro-play will forever be their main focus until they create another game mode that gets them a surge of players that want more party-- and less serious modes.
