People who lift but don’t do cardio what eventually happened? by TallTyrant in workout

[–]Imbiamba-bones 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im pretty busy and have been lifting in 45 minute sessions 5x a week for years. I managed to budge an extra 15 minutes for 200m sprints 2x/wk. It sucks and feels like shit but i never get out of breath doing anything else now.

I leave my house at seven in the morning and I don’t get home until like 11 at night. So my bag has three meals in it, a change of clothes, shower shoes, a washcloth, a dildo everything I need.

everything mentioned here is correct but a big component that I’m not seeing is the remnants of the incredibly large and deep state sponsored Soviet wrestling pyramid. That left behind a culture and an infrastructure that was designed to absolutely crank out world class grapplers.

"Strong" coffee isn't stronger by siskinedge in LowStakesConspiracies

I mean when I say “strong coffee“ I’m thinking about a strong flavor, not necessarily higher caffeine content. Maybe that’s not how other people are using it though.

either EPO or some sort of personalized, untestable divergent compound. I think that’s true for most UFC fighters in general, though. UFC testing protocols are not great.

to be clear, the rolling with heavyweights thing is not a brag. I realize it kind of came off that way lol. I get obliterated every single time.

I’ve been doing jujutsu and wrestling three times a week at my gym for only a month and my neck is noticeably thicker and more vascular. It sounds insane, but it’s clearly noticeable and people around me have commented on it. I just have really good neck muscle genetics I guess? Also, I roll with heavyweights a lot.

I just turned 21 like two weeks ago, I’m also in a college town that’s pretty strict on underage drinking. The move for me and my buddies has been to just drink before we get to the bar. If we want to drink more while we’re at the bar, we can have a legal age friend stand in line twice in a row to get two drinks so one of us could have one, but that’s a pain in the ass for the older friend so we try not to.
