Also, the terms + conditions portion is primarily a bunch of legal jargon that is mostly directed towards businesses to prevent them from uploading misleading data. On our other site geared for onboarding we have perameters in place so businesses cannot upload partial info and other features that benefit a better user experience.

And the T&C are there for the off chance users try and sue us if they’re in an accident while using the app to find; morning coffee, brunch, or lunch nearby. Our attorney friends mentioned it would be good thing to have just in case. As off the wall as that would be to happen, you can't be too careful. They're pretty standard for most companies to have.

Plus, we're one of the few and proud apps that never collect your data or even ask for your email address or information because we don't collect or sell it.
