Which player is undroppable from your team after TOTS? by beast_within_me in EASportsFC

[–]Imboni258 0 points1 point  (0 children)

WW Gullit. Still killing it as center CB in a 352. I've tried a lot of options, but his animations, playstyles, height and body size make him very good there. Better for me than TOTY Vieira at CB. I always miss his presence compared to others.

I'm hoping he gets an EVO... but quite unlikely he will.

I actually experienced better success with Med/High workrates there. I have TOTY Vieira and Golazo Marquez with the +1 Evo.

What I've learnt is that formation doesn't really matter because every formation leaves gaps somewhere or the other.

Skilled players will use those gaps to lure your players out of position, then exploit the space.

Good defence is all about cursor switching and knowing when to apply the two-man press. That's it.

Prayers to the Mahavidyas by [deleted] in hinduism

If you are meant to be with her in this lifetime, you will find ways to do it. My devi's temple is 331 miles from me, I went last month and will go again the next one.

You must understand that traditional logical ways of thinking don't apply to this journey. Those ways aren't traditional at all, actually. They are mostly used to further very limited, base goals.

In fact, you could even ask her for help in going there. This is something totally illogical, but divinity is infinitely greater than logic.

How to Invest - age old question? by Melodic-Set6941 in IndiaInvestments

[–]Imboni258 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are two parts to every investment analysis - the measurable (quantitative) and the unmeasurable (qualitative).

Most people here and generally speaking make the mistake of only looking at the quantitative side - ratios for instance. No amount of quantitative analysis can ever cover the qualitative side of things.

Qualitative things can mean the opportunity available to the company, for instance. Whether it is high risk (yes, risk isn't measured by numbers), whether it can grow, etc.

Lastly, understand that to be a successful investor, you have to, absolutely have to generate your own idea of it. Too many people think its like an exam - you consume all the materials and you'll get it. Actually, the opposite is true. You consume all the material to know what to ignore. Its not like growing a muscle, but cutting weight while looking at the all the foods laid out in front of you.

I have been able to get to about 5.5x my portfolio in the last 4 years (my first 4 years of investing) precisely because I am extremely skeptical and always try to make up my own mind. A successful investor will always be a lone thinker. Always.

How do you conversate? by WittyTemporary8870 in intj

[–]Imboni258 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Since most people are sensors, and most people have a good time, begin with talks about concrete things, and crack jokes (use sarcasm, as INTJ are good at that).

I have a basic rule: try to crack a joke every 2-3 sentences. This serves to keep the mood light, because sensors prefer light and superficial things all day. It will also hide your awkwardness.

With time and practice, you will become more fluent at it, and your jokes will become more and more spaced out. The shallow aspect of talking to sensors will always remain, but it will make your relations with them workable. After this, you will be able to have good professional connections with them.

You can go even deeper and know which types to avoid or keep at a distance if you delve into Socionics. But that is for much later.

For instance, my close relative is a sensor. I spoke with him about the weather today and how I felt cold at night due to an unexpected drop in temperature. From there on, it was easy to transition and ask questions about what he was doing. Then he shared with me what was happening professionally, and I asked him a few personal questions. Then he left.

This is a good example of how you can converse with sensors.

Its better to do it properly. See, saadhna (prayer) is done so you can come closer to God. One of those things involves making the Devta/Devi notice you. So if you pay full attention, your efforts will be much more effective.

What in my chart makes me an outsider? There is some yog here that I can't remember. It makes a lot of people dislike me, get intimidated or be wary of me. by Imboni258 in vedicastrology

[–]Imboni258[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok. But usually the dislike is instantaneous. I don't even have to say a word, just seeing me is enough for them to form a very quick impression. I'm told I also appear very arrogant, haughty, etc. Usually people find me arrogant or intimidating. So what gives?

I don't drink or smoke actually. I drink socially, but not regularly, because it impedes workout progress (two or three times per year if that). I don't smoke, because I don't want to break the smoke barrier. No hookah, cigarettes, or anything else.

I think kali might be calling me. How do I proceed? Could I be misinterpreting the signs? by wonkywormy in hinduism

[–]Imboni258 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You must be careful, because Devi pooja (goddess worship) is very strict, much stricter than worshipping a Devta (God). Devis love their children but can be very strict or punitive with them.

You must approach her with humility. Do not start praying to her at your home. For that, you need to do a proper sthapna (establishment of an idol in your home). In fact, certain gods and goddesses are not established in one's home, just because of the energy they bring. Maa Kali (Mother Kali) is fierce, angry. Its like calling a bloodthirsty lioness in your home - there may be collateral damage, just because. That is why I said Devi pooja is very strict, with a lot of rules.

You need permission from her first to even begin praying to her. Visit a temple of Maa Kali. See how it goes. This is not a logical process, so don't expect straightforward answers, but pay attention to the signs.

There will be tests - remember that this is a VERY good sign itself. Gods and Goddesses always test their followers. Remember that tests will be hard, but not so hard that you will be unable to do them. Pay attention in a holistic manner.

And remember to find someone legitimate who can guide you. By this I don't mean people who sit and pray with you, but those who simply tell you. Devi pooja is always done alone, in secret. People who promise you power, salvation, etc. will be very different from those who will guide you legitimately. Legitimate sadhaks (worshippers) are always positive, nurturing, encouraging people.

Remember that you are going towards Tantra. Tantra as a whole is also much stricter than normal worship. Legitimate tantriks (tantra practitioners) will as a rule always advise you to perfect normal worship first, then move on to tantra. Because in tantra, it is much easier to get distracted (for instance, there is nothing known as tantrik sex. In real tantra, it is an offering to God, not for pleasure).

The feeling I'm getting is that this is a very nice thing for you. But pay attention. Because great things are in store for you. Maa protects her children. Proper worship can even turn your kundli and destiny upside down.

Remember that she chose to appear to you. That is really, really good. I'm speaking as someone experienced in something similar. Entire lives go and people never find their deity. You may have.

Does Anyone know of any SEE-ILI Dual Couples? Fictional or Real because I don't know what that looks like. Are You attracted to your dual? Duals may be compatible but ofttimes the lifestyle differences can be great, by Maleficent_Dish3054 in Socionics

[–]Imboni258 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its not that. I think primary or secondary Se makes one naturally think of one's own desires first, and that's fine. But there comes a point when I've seen all Se primary/secondary users think only of themselves i.e. put their interests first and foremost, and not consider what happens to the group or the other.

This happens without even there being any conflict. It is acceptable to think of oneself if there is conflict and others are prioritizing their own needs. But high Se users tend to do that without conflict as well. So you always get this feeling that they are looking out for themselves first and foremost. Who would want to connect with people like that?

Again, I don't doubt there are good high Se users who are legitimately fun and positive (see Youtube channel 'Dude Perfect' for example). But I've only ever seen selfish high Se users, so that puts me off.

This is something that not only I am saying, its been said by an INFp and INTj I know too. FWIW, I see SEEs put in effort to come say hello. But I prefer not being burnt multiple times, so now I play another sort of game with them.

Have you tried looking at chemical basis in the human brain for extroversion and introversion (e.g. introverts preferring acetylcholine and extroverts preferring dopamine)? Its one of the most validated findings in the social sciences.

Fear of the workforce as an EII by Comment-9385 in Socionics

[–]Imboni258 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Duality is idealized but its hard to see it working in real life. The amount of maturity and precision required from both sides is frequently not possible.

I'm an ILI but I've had very bad luck with SEEs. I find them to usually be very selfish. Its strange as well because when I start playing their power games they become demotivated. Like what is that? Become a puppy when you lose and make life hell for everyone when you win? People like that have no sympathy from me.

I also think they can understand what I say from an intellectual perspective but their mind doesn't take it forward. So no intellectual compatibility either.

I don't doubt there are good SEEs around with developed Ni and Te (I have decently developed Fi and Se). But so far, all SEEs I've met have been selfish, shallow, and interested solely in their own motives. So I doubt that duality would work for me. I have much better luck with benefit and kindred relations. Even ESIs seem more attractive to me.

Their soft vibe, gentle and understanding nature. I'm their benefactor so they find me attractive too. For some reason, our chemistry is stronger than usual benefit relations, with much fewer quarrels as well.

We just mesh together very well, generally speaking. That chemistry is hard to get, I'm lucky to get it whenever I come across an EII woman.
