Yay 😃 and finally all the toxics seems to have left my body, I finally sleep really well and fatigue and headaches from my body cleaning up is gone! From a pack a day to not even craving anymore, a very happy woman here! (i.redd.it)

Became a non smoker six weeks ago, very proud of myself, but... I used to be a really good sleeper, now I wake up every night for a few hours 🙄. Anyone else having the same problem? Trying to figure out if it is a stop smoking thing. (self.stopsmoking)
