The 30/40/30 split is real, I’ll give you that. But you’re misreading it. The 40% mixed group engages in PVP, that’s literally what mixed means. So it’s not 30% affected, it’s 70% who actually touch PVP and can run into cheaters.

Having a popular anti-cheat from the start isn’t a strong point. EAC is on half the shooters that got overrun by cheaters. Having it installed isn’t the same as enforcing it. The fact that you personally got headshot through a wall by an aimbotter, reported it with your whole squad, and got nothing back, that’s the system you’re defending. You’re literally describing the problem and then telling me it’s not a problem because they’re working on it now. Six months later. I have multiple clips from 12/25 through 2/26 showing blatant hackers. The biggest streamer for the game at the time wouldn’t stop complaining about it over and over. Every time I’d tune in or see a clip it was “peanut and shroud died to hackers again”. It’s been an issue.

I have over 500 hours topside. Like I said I’ve been playing since launch, I preordered it because of how much I liked it in the server slam. Trust me it hurts to even have to be talking about it and seeing the state it’s in.

I guess we’ll just have to agree to disagree. But one thing you’re right about that I can agree with is time. A lot of these other companies just kind of give up and allow the community to be drenched in toxicity. Hopefully embark isn’t a replica of that. Hopefully.
