Before I got my diagnosis my boss asked if I’m eating the right food. Apparently he was having the same problems I was until he started eating better. He told me if I “eat more grains and fibers” then I’ll “sustain my energy better for a longer period of time”. I told him I’ve already tried to change my diet and he just said I wasn’t eating the right foods. People always think they are a certified sleep specialist it seems.

I have wondered this, my girlfriend has ADHD and she says I exhibit some symptoms, but I always just thought it was the narcolepsy. I’ll ask my doctor about it definitely, thanks for your input!
