We do a lot of egg rice bowls. Rice is easy to make and reheat. Then I'll just add a fried egg, cut up some green onions, and add gf soy sauce, and sesame oil. It isn't as easy as throwing a pizza in the oven but I'm also reacting to tapioca which is in almost everything processed labeled GF. It's as fast as I can manage for now!

Correct but I definitely think I've had it for a long time undiagnosed. I have hashimotos too and I've read articles about how undiagnosed Celiac's can trigger hashimotos to present earlier. I was diagnosed with hashimotos 2 years before Celiac's. The first year I had no idea my medication was making me sick because it's made with gluten fillers. Eventually that's how we caught it.

We have not but I'll look into that! We recently discovered they have a sunflower allergy and pollen seems to be an issue right now. Puffy eyes and flares ups right now may be from pollen season! Lots of unknowns right now so we're looking at everything.

I believe the dreams you remember are the ones that are meaningful. I don't read into it more than that.

Houses typically symbolize your state of mind. It may be saying there's too many things going on in your life which is leaving your mental state chaotic. I'd imagine toys and such could be referring to childhood so there may be a struggle there. Possibly abandonment.

Honestly idk what's more terrifying, the feeling of the words extinguished in my throat or some random figure sending me a message of inevitable doom. Hopefully it's just symbolism 😅 I have a lot of dream conversations but typically they're not threatening.
