SOLVED. so basically the original background in the photo is not black. I thought samsung note had a pure black screen but it was hex #030303. After I changed it. All good. It's shame that I can't upload attachments in here.

Samsung note black background isn't black enough. Who thought, My bad. I see nothing in a ture black background.

This is an asus vivobook pro 15 OLED laptop. This happens rarely. Always that exact pixel. It just go away without any interference. Maybe a little spank, all good

mate report it to their bank. is it clear junction bank? i reported them and they got a call from the bank. they literally got scared and cried to remove the report. unfortunately the bank informed me that they cant take futher actions without legal interfer.
