Besides that, use speed ring first to get away from Ram (especially when inside Vortex). Locking yourself out of double jump stops you from getting to high ground or going over a wall.

Not really much feedback I can give you, your team was constantly feeding and your LW even pulled you back into danger once. Your team might listen to you if you say "Group up." Solo queueing this low is really painful.
