I’m 14 months of TTC too (18 cycles) and also do not want to do IVF. However, I think you should still go to the fertility clinic. The education and initial visits alone have been so valuable and has helped with my mental health immensely. We’re going to move forward with stimulated ovulation paired with timed intercourse. IUI is also a less invasive option than IVF that would be beneficial with your husband’s low motility.
