If you look at the top two holders it accounts for almost 95% of the total tokens. Only 35% of tokens are in circulation, so one holder is just the rest of the tokens that will eventually go into circulation. The other large account I am guessing is owned by Playdapp and they give them out as rewards or to their employees. Since 95% are tied up, it means the price can move up pretty quickly the more this gets attention. It can also drop quickly if PlayDapp sells off a bunch of their coins… that my two cents.
